Brakan Mead is a State Champion!

Senior Brakan Mead went undefeated in this past weekend’s OHSAA State Wrestling Tournament to become a State Champion. A state placer the past two years, Mead won the 113lb title with a 2-0 win last Saturday night at the OSU Schottenstein Center over Bryce Hepner from St. Edwards.  Mead’s performance helped the Patriots who had 10 participants score

Dew Athlete of the Week for 3/9/17

David Dew, Junior, Ice Hockey This junior goalie had an outstanding night in the net as he made 38 saves in a 4-1 District Championship victory over St. Charles before a sold out crowd at the Columbus Ice Haus.  With this win the Patriots advanced to the “Frozen Four” in the 40th Annual OHSAA State Ice Hockey Championship

Liberty Wrestling Team Wins District Title & Sends 10 to State!

Liberty’s Wrestling team won last Saturday’s District Championship Title at Hilliard Darby for the second consecutive year. The OCC and District Champions advanced 10 wrestlers (new Central District Record) to the OHSAA State Tournament which begins Thursday, March 9th at 3:00pm at OSU Schottenstein Center. Ice Hockey Advances to Frozen Four

LIBERTY ICE HOCKEY ADVANCES TO STATE FROZEN FOUR!! Liberty’s Ice Hockey team has advanced to this weekend’s OHSAA State Frozen Four tournament for the third time in the program’s history.
